pete_scorpa3 Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 Print off the trials affiliation form HERE fill it in and send to your local club, they will stamp it and send it onto the ACU for you. This normally takes about five working days in all. The ACU will email you as soon as they process the form. Don't forget a photo with your first application.
