mtwallet
ive just got my lads boy 50 out today after being stood for about 18 months and after cleaning carb out and starting it, let it run up to temperature i noticed greyish oil coming out of the gearbox breather pipe which indicates water in the oil. does anyone have any suggestions on where to look fist before i take it apart. it was fine when it was used last and im thinking maybe the water pump seal is the cause? any advise is much appreciated

adam
i agree sounds like waterpump . i was told when left standing for a while the coolant wears the waterpump seal a lot quicker best of luck
