brightmix
Hi all. Unfortunately, my left wrist is in plaster after breaking my scaphoid bone a few weeks ago. I am unable to ride until mid October at the earliest and I am wondering if anyone knows of a suitable wrist protector that will allow me some movement but will protect the wrist from sudden jolts. Something that is protective, but resonably unrestrictive. Any suggestions/recommendations?
billycraig
I've used this one Ossur several times after the same injury. Pretty restrictive but its a very tricky bone to heal well. They do quite a few different types. Always get good service from them.
theshercorider
This year I had 6 months off due to breaking my scaphoid but that was because I had broken it before, so I very much advise that you allow it to heal properly first time or it will catch up on you. When I thought I could ride again I made this topic... http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/index....14&hl=wrist
