mecajental
Quote looks more like an aluminum than the darker magnesium I thougth exactly the same when I saw the new case, but both of them has the same weight. The darker tone of old case may be produced by dirty. Anyway, Beta says that all cases are made in aluminium now. Saludos
mcharchuk
Canadian importer provided the inner case no charge and the dealer gave me the bearings and seal at cost. Put it all together yesterday and did a 68K ride today in fantastic weather. Now running motul motocool organic which is supposed to minimize corrosion. I'm happy again. FYI, the new case I got was identical to the old one (magnesium). Same part no. I noticed the 2009-10 models have a different part no., maybe that is the aluminum one. sawtooth
I replaced my inner case yesterday due to a different problem. What ratio of water and coolant should i be running, currently i have a 50/50 mix of deionised water and Repsol coolant on the recommendation of my local bike shop, is this ok?
