chewy
might be running a bit weak..think its a mixture screw on that one so its wind it out to let more mixture pass primary jet. clatering clutch basket or primary gear/clutch basket probably normal but will improve if plug gap and mixture is right.. my beta clatters more when g.box oil is" thin".....there's a few thoughts that wont cost a fortune to try
benz19
does the rattle go when you pull the clutch in?

benz19
then you have nothing to worry about!! Gasgas pros do not have you normal clutch set up. They do not have 6 coil springs in the clutch basket, they have a circular ring of FINGERS like a car cluch, which when they have no presssure on them,ie clutch out, they rattle,as soon as you pull in clutch and put pressure on the Fingers the rattle stops Benz
jam
Mixture screw needs to be 3 - 3 1/4 turns out, may vary slightly, so trial and era!
Guest stixnstonesbrokemybones
Don't adjust anything. This is normal for the Gas gas pro. The noise can be quite pronounced, but stops when you engage the clutch. It's due to the input shaft behind the clutch that rotates to and fro freely about 10 degrees when there is no drive. They all do it.
