Thanks Jim New loom definately did something, although it was still dying and picking up again as before the bike sounded very different and the throttle was better, the throttle body swap cured the dying straightaway. Theres a hell of alot of connections and wires in the 4rt, we jet wash the buggers once or twice a week and get huge amounts of mud all over them, not surprising really they can get tired. I can still see me keeping Gerts for another two years so might invest in another loom for next year as they're not too expensive.
