smalley250
I liked Two Dales at Matlock but its no longer in use. It had it all steam hill climbs rocks really great place. Now i think it would be Tong Bradford but it often gets to busy attracting 120 riders on some occasions. The waterfall is a good old section a do or die number. pete_scorpa3
Either Chips Quarry now dug out, or Cotstone Quarry now filled in, as used in the Colmore 20 years ago. For design, vision, hard work and pure determination, the Earl Shilton Club's venue at the Yennards has to be in my top three current venues. pete_scorpa3
This makes me think about all the superb venues that we've lost over the last 20 years, at Fish Quarry and at Cotstone Quarry you could have run a World Round both sadly now lost. More recently we've lost The Warren at Shennington (with it's disused WW2 conceret sewage filter beds) we've lost Top of the World over looking the Vale of Evesham.... the list goes on and on. jordi
For guys in the South East, who remembers the Isenhurst estate at Cross in Hand, start of the Camden Cup for many years and also Redgate Mill, Crowborough. Venues that could never be replaced.
shedco
Steetley was tricky when wet & there was good stuff at Stone Edge quarry Chesterfield - both now lost. Keighley gate good & any of Reeth 3 day route!
tonybroad
having returned to trials after many years, there are some venues still going strong i.e. Cowm Quarry but one i used to love was Lickhurst Farm in Chipping, stream sections to die for Tony
