It would be great if a new manufacturer could break the monopoly that Mich/Dunlop and IRC seem to have. I see what you're getting at though...we need a pioneer to spend his own dosh ,give them a test and report back to TC. All those willing to volunteer, take one step forward??? feetupfun Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 The rear Shinko tyre in the photo has a different aspect ratio (lower profile) to Michelin/Dunlop/IRC - looks more like MITAS Lower profile = probably inferior to the name brand tyres on logs, rocks etc but probably OK for Dirt Track racing I already wasted my money trying a MITAS so I'm not going to be the bunny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
