2010 Jack Wood

The regs are now out for the 2010 Jack Wood Trial on 28 March.

Last year riders were asking where they could find regs through a thread, even though they were in the calendar, and so this year we are trying to ensure this is covered off. Maybe breaking some forum by-law in the process but all publicity is good publicity after all!!

The regs and entry from are in the TC calendar, the Hillsborough club website soon and have been posted to last years riders who supplied an envelope.

This year the club has been fortunate enough to secure sponsorship from Manhattan Motorcycles of Sheffield and we have used this as prize money.

To encourage riders to tackle the hard route in one of the most traditional of nationals with sensible sections the awards will be spread across the best expert, intermediate, novice, and over 40 riders on the hard route so please include your status on the entry form.

The Jack Wood has been no stop for many years and boasts a 50 knee buckling sections around 1 lap taking in classic groups such as Hall Broome, TCC, Ughill, and the infamous River Kwai to finish (you) off. Great SSDT training.

So get your entries in quick, the event is usually over subscribed and we'll see you at the end of March.

the Jack Wood is now full, a little slower to fill up this year it's taken about two weeks.
