lowbrow
I've always used a good synthetic oil in my Gassers and run at 15% which is 66:1 or in practical terms 75ml oil to 5 litres of petrol. I used to run at 50:1 but that gave me a dribbly rear end!

Generally between 70-80/1 seems to work well for most conditions. Use a "full-synthetic" premix oil: 70/1- 71.5 cc's per 5 Litres (1.43% mix) 80/1- 62.5cc's per 5 Litres (1.25% mix) Jon

jse
Jon may not be familiar with Rock Oil? I've always used it and had no problems whatsoever. One of my favorites. I can't get it here in the Midwest, but used it when I lived on the West Coast in Northern California. I ran it in the Pro's MX/Supercross bikes and quads and in my personal Trials bikes. I also never had a lubrication related problem even under the severe use in the Pro engines. Jon
