idmcc_sec
When do the entries close for this trial??? Usually the Tuesday or Wednesday before the event although not on the Regs. Just send in your entry now and you'll be quite safe.

big john
Do you need an Sacu license to compete ?? To answer your question: All SACU trial events require that competitors are in possession of either a current ACU registration card; MCUI or SACU licence. bigfoot
We are looking for observers for this event. If you have a mate free please encourage them to come along and get close to the action. Craiglash is a great venue with some spectacular looking sections. slapshot 3
Just been up at Craiglash for a look around, everything looks okay, some ice and snow about but nothing that will affect the trial. Roads wise, not much left closed all the main trunk roads are passable though one or two higher roads still have problems with drifting snow. Looks like the Lecht has opened back up so assume the roads are open from that direction.

The Cairn O' Mount (B974) has been closed for a while due to a crumbling bridge, but you don't get told that till you get to Fettercairn. There are no signs previous to that. Traffic Scotland website is having probs so can't see on there if it's open yet, but I would doubt it. Better to go up to Stonehaven and head across to Banchory rather than take the chance and have to double back if it is closed if heading up from south. cabby
If you're going to troll you'll have your posts deletedForum Moderator Wow relax fella ! As per PM, there was no trolling on my behalf. I've been interested in this sport about 5 minutes and I mean 5 minutes so have no idea or interest in the politics or egos who are involved, I keen to learn the sport and find out as much info as possible, hence why I asked the question I did, had I known everyone was so touchy around here I'd have kept my council, but then if you know nothing the only way to find out if to ask.....no ? I see the champ points been updated on sacu site, is there no national "non-expert" championship??? or are the non-experts included in the sportsman class? There are three adult SACU championship classes. Red Route - Premier Trials Championship (open to all adults status riders) Blue Route - Sportsman Trials Championship (open to experts over 35 years of age, Non-Experts, Novice riders) Green Route - Clubman Trials Championship (open to Non-Experts and Novice riders, championship can only be won by a rider once) Then you have Youth Classes, Pre65/twinshock and Over 40 classes.
