fbrad
Hi I have recently been having problems with my bike not ticking over unless i turn the big screw on the carb 1-2 turns more than what it was before which obviously makes it sound like im reving the throttle up when im not if i turn the screw down very slightly it doesnt tick over anymore. I clean the carb out after every trial, so the question is am i not cleaning the carb out properly or is there anything else it could be. Thanks in advance Frank
neo
Pilot and main jets must be blown out with compress air. Sounds like the pilot is obstructed to me. Best of balance. Neo

tony27
what i call compressed air is putting it in my mouth and blowing it no jokes about the last sentence please. That only works in an emergency to prove if the jet is fully blocked. Who really likes the taste of petrol?
