hoodie2
Hi All. Can anyone tell me if the steering stem thread size changed over the years. I have a stem with lowered alloy bottom yokes. I have a steel adjuster & top nut but they dont seem to fit although the threads all look fine. Could the thread pitch be mismatched? Any help appreciated, as always. Cheers. Hoodie. wayne_weedon
They might have changed. Arched Yoke stem normally has a M25x1.25 thread. Wayne....

wayne_weedon
Sorry no. What thread do you think you have? They were normally fairly undersize no doubt to allow the bearing to pass over the stem easily. Wayne...
