cherrybear
It looks like Geoff Gadsby. Googles on the helmet and looks like a four stroke cylinder on the bike. Cant remember many four stroke outfits around at the time. There was a guy in the Southern centre who rode a Honda engined outfit. Cant remember his name. Perhaps someone could throw some light on it.
76ty175
The photo caption indicated that it was taken at the 1983 Vic Brittain National. Hope that helps id the riders.

Graham Cambell with Mark Flowers, it was a suzuki frame with a Honda 500( i think) engine, it was a real beast but he could ride it, even won nationals on it. toofasttim
Geoff was riding a BSA engined bitsa. Rappers?
rowly
Fuel tank filler cap off the centre of the tank says its not Campbell and Flowers as they had a beamish Suzuki tank, so the trials wellies suggest Geoff Gadsby and Mick Gaunt who did amazing things on that bike. hillary
The first set of pictures are correctly captioned - I should know as I wrote them in the first place. The rear view picture is of Gadsby and Gaunt again. For the record, Colin Dommett's passenger is Eric Chamberlain - not Ian. Incidentally, I spoke with Henry Gaunt (Geoff Gadsby's passenger) at the Alan Wright classic show a few weeks ago. He's involved with the Dales Classic Club now and was very happy to chat over old times. Edited April 14, 2010 by Hillary
