ozz
Hi, I've not done this trial before and after downloading the regs noticed that if you're riding a modern bike you have to do the 'hard route'. Can anybody advise me how severe this course will be? I tend to ride easy / (occasionally) green / clubman routes. Oz
totalshell
if your intending to ride a modern monoshock bike you'll have to ride the impossible route as its for twinshocked and trail bikes only...

Yeah I thought that might be the case. I'm not very good at asking for fives, but maybe I could refrain from anything crazy and just enjoy the ride round as it's so close to home. sparky
Rode this trial for the last 2 years lost single figure marks both years and thats riding the hard course on a twinshock. The hard course will be like any easy course standard in the northern centre plus a great ride round land you will never ride on at any other time. Excellent trial. woody
I don't think you can ride your GasGas though as it is a Sammy Miller classic championship round with the usual classic classes. I'd check with the club to be certain before you enter as I don't recall seeing modern bikes in previous years
