bieze
End of august, I'm going to participate in a 'night trial'. As far as I know the last trial in Holland (or Belgium) were you can 'travel' some distance between the non-stops. The third round starts at 22.30hr, so you need to have light on your bike. The non-stops are lighted with 1 or 2 500W lamps(witch creates a lot of 'shadows') but in the fields in between, you have to do it yourself. Since my REV 4T has only two firefly's in what they call a headlamp, I was thinking about putting some extra lighting on. So the next questions is: how much power can be delivered by the lighting coil/regulator? Eventually, I can look for the powerled-type kind of lamps, but those are still quite expensive. Did someone already replaced the 20W headlight to a 50W bulb, without melting down some components? Thanks for the comments/advise/info...
