trialsnutterman Posted August 18, 2010 Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 Assuming it is a 2006 or later bike the right leg has the damping adjuster (small brass adjuster on the top of the leg) turn this adjuster clockwise to slow the fork down, anti clock wise to speed it up, I have mine around 2 clicks in from full out. The left leg has a allen key adjuster on the top of the leg turning the clock wise alters the amount of pre-load on the spring so therefore alters your ride height when your riding, this is called sag.
