He said to just watch the plastic cover and dont tighten it too much, that is what causes them to warp. I did go and pick up the 04 sherco today and we had to take it to ryan and have him do a couple of things. HE had it running perfect in no time at all. trialsnutterman Posted August 26, 2010 Report Share Posted August 26, 2010 There is a bolt missing out of the front brake caliper, part number M262 M8 x 30 Allen head make sure you get one before riding it! I had 1 5 but that was because i was on a hill and a rock let loose and my bike and myself slid back a few feet. I think i got a total of 15 cleans.
