nath15804
Hi, i recently over tightened the nipple on my rear calliper and snapted the head off leaving the rest of the nipple indide the casing. I would like to know , firstly is there now anyway of bleeding it without the nipple, and has anyone have suggestions on how to get the nipple out of the calliper???? Try bleeding it from the bango bolt on the caliper/hose connection. An "Easyout" tool might get the broken piece of nipple out of the caliper

stork955
Gday - dont go near it with an easy out. Break the easy out off and you will be replacing the caliper. Try bleeding from the banjo as mentioned, the actual repair - get the engineering guys to do it for you. Cheers, Stork
pandelboy
leave the nipple in place and buy a repair banjo which comes with a nipple on it. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GOODRIDGE-BANJO-BOLT-BLEED-NIPPLE-m10x1-25-PLATED-STEEL-/390258828987?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item5add3d26bb Edited November 11, 2010 by pandelboy
