gaz_hay Posted November 15, 2010 Report Share Posted November 15, 2010 Hi, all new to the forum, ive just bought a ty 250 trials bike dont now the year, but i think it needs new clutch friction plates as the bite is right at the end and sometimes its not going into gear if changing fast if you take your time it goes in fine? Drain the gearbox oil remove the kickstarter from the shaft Remove all bolts from the Clutchcase Remove the srews from the clutchbottomplate change the plates.
