I have been told that most came with steel tanks but i have just bought four TY250's, long story LOL, and they all have alloy tanks fitted. Just wondered if this was normal ? jon v8 Posted November 19, 2010 Report Share Posted November 19, 2010 Two of mine are alloy - they are 1977 models I think,the other one I wobble around on has a Miller tank/seat unit.Wasnt it just the 80,125 and 175 that had steel tanks ? Here was me thinking they should have steel tanks. Funny how OSSA tanks fetch daft money by TY ones dont. Whatever i will get the dents massaged out and have them looking good in no time.
