jackbeta125 Posted December 30, 2010 Report Share Posted December 30, 2010 hi all got a rev 3 125 had a problem a while back not running right after checkin everything else it was just old fuel in the tank DOH got a new prob ,riding it today when i heard somthing rattling in the flywheel casing,opened it up and two little screw heads were in there ,you know the 4 screws on the face of the flywheel 2 had sheared off ,any one had this happen ? mobbster Posted December 30, 2010 Report Share Posted December 30, 2010 Hi Jackbeta125 I would imagine you can just take the other two out unless they have rusted in position and just take the flywheel weight off . Other wise you will need to drill and use an easyout to remove them like in linky. liviob Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 I read here that if you remove the four screws and change the factory indexing of the relationship of the magnetes to the holes the generator will not work correct anymore.
