tjp
Hi All, Bit of a silly question but I'm looking at purchasing a beta rev3 200 that says its a 2008, but it has plain silver wheels, not the black, silver rimmed ones I was expecting. Did the 200 or some of the 200's get the older style wheel ie early or late production models as has happened with other parts on other manufactures of bike? Just hoping it's not an 07 in disguise Thanks for any replies guys
benbeta23
Have you got an Image of the bike you can show us? I'm thinking that the 2008 125/200 had silver rims, Like they have silver fork legs & the 250/270 has black/silver rims like they have black fork legs? Could be wrong though. There is a pic in todays TMX classifieds but nothing I could post of decent quality, think I'll ring Lampkin in the morning to check. Thanks guys
nickytricks
If you go on the Beta UK website, there is a link under 'Technical Info' that allows you to check the Frame No. against the year.
