totalshell Posted January 29, 2011 Report Share Posted January 29, 2011 thats the Ilkley Grand National on Middleton and Denton moors, still runs the last weekend in march, its a time and observation trial that has been running since 1927 and when the film was made used much of the original Scott trial route before it moved to North Yorkshire. old trials fanatic Posted January 30, 2011 Report Share Posted January 30, 2011 Strewth as the title says "Historic enduro" looks more like something from the TV show endurance than a trial. Isnt it amazing how things change over the years. Good video reminds me of my early days when most of the trials seemed more like "bog diving". Thank goodness those days are long gone.
