nigel dabster
Is that a REAL date?? or a joke The lease is signed and the ground should be up and running in a few weeks, contact the club secretary through the website or pm me. We will do a launch day anyway so that should be advertised on here soon. Edited March 28, 2011 by Nigel Dabster
beatabeta
Will this be similar to the old ground that they had? i.e available for practise every day and then hosting monthly (or so?)trials?
nigel dabster
Will this be similar to the old ground that they had? i.e available for practise every day and then hosting monthly (or so?)trials? Understandably as the practise ground is in the "middle" of the town that there are planning restrictions of various sorts. The least of which is not the noise testing which is in four figures!!! However no problems are forseen as noise wise we all know how quiet trials bikes are so that should be fine. Times and availabilty initially will depend on which responsible members are available to supervise/ride. If you are someone who has time in the week and want to use the site it may well be of mutual benefit to talk with the secretary, or pm me. nigel dabster
Similar practise area but we already have some largish rocks in place, less mud aswell! The lease has been signed and in effect we are now able to use the ground, tbh its come round quicker than we thought at the end so details to follow soon. andysv1k
Are you having to have noise testing done in order to use the ground? If so do you have any info on requirements for this? Wonder if i might be able to help out with it. Andy.
