roester
does any one know if i can buy a new bore sleeve for my pinky as its on .75 over size now and would like to rebuild it soon with new piston kit They can be re-sleeved - Nigel Birkett (Birkett Motosport) can help. You can bore them out quite a way though - again Nigel does re-boring and can source the pistons - he has got a lot in stock. mattylad
You can bore them to 260 or 270cc so no need to resleeve at this moment.

When i had mine i had it bored to 270 and had the inlet manifold shorteded and porting done. Once rejetted the bike was probably the best bike i have ever had and i now wish i had never sold it.
