johnnyboxer
I was wondering too. I know somebody who has a 200 Majesty and i also know somebody who has a mini Majesty and the bike on e bay doesnt look the same as either. All i will say is cavieat emptor, buyer beware. Thing is people on ebay have all clicked on to the fact that as soon as you add the magic word Majesty then the price goes through the roof. Bit like that "Kato" that i see has resurfaced on e bay again. Take the Majesty tank off, look past it and it looks like a TY 'made in the shed'
shedco
Cripes OTF quoting Latin !!! What next? I agree, with everyones coments, it looks poor & the description does it no favours. Twinshock silly season at moment, people see a nice bike sold for a lot & think their nail of a bike is worth the same. Plus the massive failing in evilbay, the ability for people to place false bids.

rosey
You mean Prince Edward ? Isn't that a piercing in yer 'mono shock'???... no thats an Uncle Albert isn't it!!! It seems to have the neat Yam TY under the tank 'tool box in the frame'... which suggests its a botched standard TY frame
woody
The first 175/200 Majesty used a Yam frame, like the 250/320. Unlike the bigger bike though, the 175 didn't have as much work to the frame, so it is difficult to tell if a bike is an original Majesty or modified by someone other than Shirt. This bike is a Yam frame and could be an original Majesty but hard to tell really, either from pictures or the bike itself. The frame has had some brackets and plates added though, which aren't a fature of standard TY or Majesty. Definitely not a mini-Majesty as they weren't Yam frames and the frame appearance and design is completely different.

Yes I had a TY175 with the early Majesty frame (placcy coated slighty modded TY frame).. they were the standard TY frame with the bottom tubes removed and a Dural bash plate (that my dad had to tell Shirty how to bend).. laid back shockers and perhaps a few brackets removed... they still had the back loop... oh and they were yellow plastic coated. I also had some other footrests on DT? maybe. All early Majestys are are painted TY's the later ones are no great change either.... The TY was such a good bike in its day.
