max
I've not had much luck with finding people to reline the hubs apart from Bultaco UK's contact. Exchange steel lined (not chrome as original) hubs are
b40rt
For info only, wheel has to be stripped to the hub anyway for a reline, cant help with wheel builders in your part of the world. Speak to Wayne at Billet Parts (who advertises here on TC)as he may well be able to help. http://billetparts.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=24&osCsid=e8450470cd4660df374eaee510447276

toofasttim
Any engineering workshop worth its salt should be able to re-line your hub. Machine hub, machine liner (steel) so it's an interference fit with newly machined hub. Insert (press) new liner into hub. Drill a small hole, half of hole in liner other half in hub and press appropriately sized pin into hole.
