They are supplied to the TTT Beta team I believe, and Steve Saunders sells them in the UK, we ( Outlaw Trialsport) are the Distributor in Canada, but have not yet had any feed back because we are still in winter conditions. The Italian manufacturer - Costa Special parts, make a whole line of extra "Bling" for all brands.

.the shaft it sits on has very femma bearings to begin with?

Am I just Mr. Negative?

No I think negatives are good things when used as an opportunity to find a work-around. I could be wrong but I thought that ball bearing cage was over rated (rather than under rated) for the job? B)

Awesome thanks for that Dave..... but thinking about it...Summer or Winter that pump still has the same load on it so that's a good indication the bearings are holding up OK.

Best of balance.

I was not aware there was a problem with the standard circulation. The thermodynamics of the system is limited by the radiator anyway, as it can only dissipate soo much heat.

Even less when mud packed. And pushing fluid through in a higher rate can actually defeat cooling ability after a point due to the time/transfer element.

Why not go the whole hog & fit a set of the inline aluminium heat exchangers while you're at it?

Much more noticable bling B)

"You may jest at me putting it the test"! But without trying it myself how am I going to know?

Not in the north. It's alpine up there. The south? Maybe.

:agreed: ...Ok hows this ...."I think most of Italy and most of Australia have one thing in common.... HEAT!!"

Best of balance.

Of couse it has a bloody (working) thermostat

If you read the website gents ..

"The result is a better fuel mixture that remains stable even after long climbs almost completely by decreasing the classic knock which has a very hot engine".

On hot days I've experienced that "Classic Knock" many times on three different bikes (2 Sherco and one Beta) after a long ride with 6 different carbs fitted (at different times) too.

This guy has obviously experience the same issue. Otherwise he wouldn't bother making this cooling kit.

It's only a mild knock and it's not a big problem but there has been no explanation to this issue until now ... So it's worth giving this a go I think.

Best of balance.
