wrmec
hello. i have an 06 gas gas txt pro that i am goin to fit a new stator to. i was wondering is this a big job to do. i think fitting the stator is just a case of fixing it in and when i put the flywheel back on is it just a case of bolting it in or does it need setting? thank you for any replies. No need to set anything as the stator is "fixed" in place. You might want to clean the areas where the stator contacts the engine cases, add a little blue Loctite to the flywheel bolt and torque it to 30 to 32 Ft lbs/40 to 42 Nm. I'd check the torque of the bolt after you've ridden it a couple of times and then you should be set. Jon
