seanus100 Posted May 1, 2011 Report Share Posted May 1, 2011 I have a 4 stroke beta evo, the clutch as gone as hard as a rock, I took the clutch cover off and the clutch plate, dose not move. dan williams Posted May 3, 2011 Report Share Posted May 3, 2011 Are you saying the lever won't pull in or the pressure plate is stuck disengaged? Not sure I scan what the problem is? If the system pumps up like it's pressurized it could be you have the lever adjusted so the master cylinder piston never comes back far enough to open the relief port into the resevior. This could cause a hard lever/slipping clutch when the fluid heats up. You could also have a blockage in the system.
