scotty97
Every time and every way I route the fuel pipe it seems to have a slight kink in it?? Does anyone have a photo showing how they route theirs??? Also tried a few different pipes, they all seem to do it Nearly forgot, bike is a 2007 Sherco
chr155_d
Think I overcame this by cutting a longer length of hose and routing it around the carb to the left, keeps it away from the exhaust aswell
copemech
Something like this: Clickey Here! When looped this way, it cannot shift or move near the muff, allows one to lift rear of tank prior to removal of hose from petcock. I think the length is 6 inches as I recall. copemech
Cope, wot you using on that engine and carb to keep it looking so clean??? Looks spotless!! That is an orig pic from near new. The dell's do seem to oxidise over time, as that carb looks badly now. Although I am on the OKO for well over a year now, the dell has set for some time. The Kiehin's and OKO do seem to hold their finish a bit better than the Dell due to the casting finish. It is somewhat easy to clean up to new standard in the glass bead cabinet, yet takes some work as that crap gets into everything!
scotty97
Run the pipe exactly how you showed me cope and it fits tidy, no kinks etc....
