telecat
The main problem is getting the thing to fit. The reed block is 26mm and obviously the PWK is 28mm. On 125's Factory Kev prefers to fit to the existing block by heating up the plastic on the inlet and pushing it in. I'll warn you know it's a pain!!!! You can fit the Raga reed block which fits nicely but costs a few bob!. Then you can buy a 26mm converter from GasGas which is cheaper. Down to you on that one. The settings are 45-48 pilot, 125 main, 3.5 slide, JJH needle and middle clip position. Air screw wants to be about 3/4 to 1 1/4 turns out depending on conditions. And the throttle cable for a Keihin is different to the Delorto so if the Keihin didn't come with one you may need to source on. If you need any bits for the Keihin then both TrialsUK and Splatshop who advertise here stock them.
