jenkinsm
Got my wheels annodized this year and my only worry was that the rim tape had to be taken off. Put it back on, siliconed as usual, it was fine. But two months on air is pissin out the spokes. Ahhhhhh I'm sick of it and apart from getting a montesa type rim, which is out of the question, is there any other ways of sealing them succesfully? What about those ipone reparators that blast foam in and seal air leaks? Edited March 10, 2005 by jenkinsm
chris
Use grease not silicon. Make sure you get the rim spotless before greasing, probably worth putting a new rim tape on it while you're at it.
nigel dabster
We've been here before but can't find the thead. I work on the principle that if some spanish guy in a factory can get a good seal that works it can't be that difficult. Clean rim new tape soapy water Wayne Thais instructions from RYPUSA and you're there.
boofont
Can't find the instructions on Ryan Youngs site, am I missing something? Did he used to have a really comprehensive manual on there?
