copemech
Yes my 2011 250 rattles in the clutch area. Is it going to be ok? Long story made short, clutches and gears tend to rattle a bit, specially at idle and not under load, this is normal. All has to do with normal mechanical clearances and engine pulsations. Yes, may change with clutch application as load and rotating components change a bit. May also increase with heat and thinning of gearbox oil. smalley250
The gears in a trials bike are cut in a way for strength not for noise like in a modern car, hence the noise issue. Me old Gasser 07 rattled like a hell on the clutch but had no wear, just the design.
