westygas270
Hi all Just wanted to know what setting people ride there evos on? Ive gone from a 2010 290 evo to 2011 290 evo allways useto have it on number2 but got told just to keep it on 1 and forget about it only second time on the 2011 but seem to find better grip with it on number2, not sure if it does make a difference but what does everyone use???? millerme
i just bought a 2010 evo the weekend and i was going to ask the same question and does it do something to stop it reving high as my bike seams very jumpy on setting
westygas270
Exactly the same with mine, i think its ment to be the top end power but low revs setting off setting 2 feels better to me ??

liviob
I ride an 09 290 at very high altitude usually with good traction unless it rains. (7K-11k) I use setting one. It seems to have a stronger bottom pull with a softer mid to top. While the two setting seems to have a softer bottom pull with a stronger mid to top pull.
