Hi everyone really need advice and help please.............

Right I have a gas gas 250 txt pro and the gear lever went limp today at the start of today I would select a gear but the pedal would not go back to where it should thort it may cure itself after a while but then when i had my clutch lever fully it the bike was trying to move off, then after a few mins the gears seem to off stuck and i couldnt find nutral and basically it wouldnt let me move at all.

The instructor at our club seems to think it maybe the gear selector does this sound right to anyone or has this problem happened to anyone on here if so really could do with advice and any suggestions helpfull

If i can do it myself i will do, to cut the cost down

Last thing does anyone know where I could pick a manuel up for it please also spare parts

Really hope you can help me out

Thanks Johnny

is that an easy job mate? any idea where i can get the parts from???

Easy to do just take your time. You will get the part from Gasgas uk. All the part does is connect the gear selector shaft to the return spring on the selector fork.

cheers for the reply

Easy job lay bike on its side and remove clutch case, then the clutch basket. Its near the bottom middle of case and has the spring on it. Gas Gas Uk will be the best bet and they can offer advice, possibly the best place to get advice.
