dan williams
Are you running stock bars? I can tighten the levers on my '05 Rev3 with Renthal bars but Tommaselli bars won't properly hold the levers. The grips still fit though. Apparently doesn't take much for the lever perches to slip. copemech
Might carefully mark the positions, then give a couple careful wraps of the bar using the teflon pipe sealer tape. It adds just a bit of thickness and you can adjust the rotational friction to suit, as such they will still rotate in a crash, yet can be repositioned by hand with little effort. dan williams
Just a thought, the bracket at the bottom of the perch may fit one way. Try flipping them 180 degrees.

The face that goes to the front is different from the rear face of the clamp. The tape on the bar is worth doing.
