stuessenhigh Posted March 18, 2005 Report Share Posted March 18, 2005 Hi blacky.. if you look at my last pic, you will see the old (original) gasket is one of the regular "paper" style ones. The new one, in THIS pic, is the one I mentioned that is kind of rubbery with a blue ridge all around it. I would try NOT to use this one....it didnt last very long for me....probably my bad worksmanship..but it slipped out really quickly...so I changed it again...back to the old fashioned paper one, which hasnt moved since. I just ordered the it over the phone from john lampkin imports and the paper type gasket turned up so I changed it for that and everything seems to be ok.
