grib
I have been using Hebo boots for the last few years and have sprained both of my ankles badly during that time. What would anyone recommend as trials boots that give the best ankle support?
trialswarrior
I recommend the Alpine Stars. My ankles are busted from too many injuries and these boots provide the most ankle support of all the trials boots I've owned. They hold up well too. jj65
Alpinestars, looked at all the others, but just bought another pair, they need a fair bit of breaking in, but are much stiffer than all the others I tried. There may be some new ones coming soon, as Fuji, Bou and Cabestany are all wearing Alpinestars with a different sole than the current production boot. vmeldrew
Sorry to hijack this thread but:- The sole on my Alpine stars is chewed up after less than a year and a lot of the leather is badly scuffed and scratched. Also some of the plastic shinguard surround outside the stitching has come away. Is this common? or just me? Cheers
