metisse
Just tumbled upon this after doing some research into the elusive alloy Italian kickstarts. Are they Dodo like, or still avaliable under a different guise, or does anybody know of one for sale.. Thanks
model80
They are as Rare a Rocking Horse $h1te. Though in fairness I'd like to know who actually made the alloy one which had the lower pivot and give them an sizable order, or buy the tooling off them. metisse
I know that someone is looking into having them reproduced, but to coin a phrase... Tight as a duck's a***... you started it model80.... trials riders might not want to pay the price to make the excercise worthwhile.
woody
It was D.O.A that made them if I remember. Never had one but heard they were not good quality and would break. I made my own using a Beta kickstart and welding the Beta swivel onto the Sherpa knuckle. In the end though I preferred the action and look of the Bultaco kicker so sold it on.
