skuylouy Posted October 13, 2011 Report Share Posted October 13, 2011 Hi Folks, I'm after some help if possible, I have a Gasgas JTX250 (1997ish), it has Renthal 660 bars on it which I find to be abit low, mainly because at 6'2" it feels to me that too much of my body weight is over the bars. My friend has a Montesa which has higher bars which after measuring is 2" higher than mine, which feels alot nicer to ride and control My question is should I replace my handlebars ? If so what would you consider a good replacement that will give me extra height, or, would a better option be to fit bar risers ? Hello mate i have a the same problem have a vary bad back so went to 5" bars from jitse and are so much better just cant ride with anything lower.
