Having a problem with my sons 2010 125 pro , i cant get the fan to run . I have bypassed the thermostat with no success . I have aprox. 12 volts ac on the yellow wire. I am getting no current on the fan plug at all. The white wire that runs from the small box (fan relay ?) to the thermostat has around 3v ac on it . Any suggestions ?

What you call "fan relay" is actually a rectifyer (?) (converting AC to DC) as the fan needs DC. If you are getting 12V AC into the rectifyer and 3V AC out you probably have to get a new one.
