( have just changed bike from scorpa to gas gas 250 txt pro 2008)the hand book is no help any suggestions would be most welcome . I dont know everything, but all you can do is adjust how HIGH or LOW the pedal is compared to the footrest. Shorten the little rod on back of pedal, that goes into master cylinder, to lower the brake. Carefull to not go too low, but we usually shorten that shaft about 1 turn maybe 2 on each bike we've bought. You will probably just get used to how much you push on the pedal, when you adjust the height. I cannot think of a way to change how far the pedal would travel/applies pressure.
