bhg
I have stripped out the electrical wiring on my TLR200 as I have removed the lights, ignition lock etc. My only problem with re-wiring it are the wires from the alternator. The Clymer manual shows a red/black wire from the alternator to the CDI unit, I don't have one but do have a black wire. Can anyone confirm that this is the correct one? I assume that the other 3 wires from the alternator can be removed. I realise that the green and blue/yellow wires from the pick-up also connect to the CDI unit. Any advice will be much appreciated. bhg
OK the other 3 wires are yellow, pink and white. What damage can I do if I connect the wrong one to the CDI unit?
