I dont have any fork protectors on at the minute, but Im going to make some and then coat them in carbon fibre tape to take away that Blue Peter look...I'll post some photos. g4321 Posted April 11, 2005 Report Share Posted April 11, 2005 Here is a photo of 'home made' plastic pipe fork protectors as earlier discussed in this forum. The reason for the 3 cable ties is that TLR forks have a raised band in the centre so the cable ties were added to ensure that the pipe is held firmly in place.
