fkrisztian
Hi! I've sent my '04 Rev3 Paioli shock absorber to service, and I was told that the bladder is punctured and there are no spare parts available, so it's unrepairable. It was even mentioned that because the shock is junk it's not even worth for me to pay for it's postage back to me (I live in Romania). Here are some pics: (It was sent to Falcon Shock Absorbers for service.) Any ideas?
pindie
Have you tried emailing or ringing Lampkins? They do repair kits (parts) and they do a repair service. It might just be where the shock is it is outside of their comfort zone?
zerorev3rev4
for some reason the 04 red shock is the most costly to be repaird when looking on lmpkins price list id try ebay someone is breaking an 03 the shock isnt the same but will fit
mattknox2008
Try your beta importer for a parts kit. I recently had the same problem and my shock guru could not sorce the parts, I managed to sorce the bladder through a dealer. It was sold as part of a paoli shock rebuild kit. My shock was out of an 07 but the bladder looked the same. Importer also gave me details of oil viscocity and gas presure.

goudrons
Mine went on my '07. After chasing parts to repair it I came across this http://www.haventrialsport.co.uk/product_info.php/bosi-bttt0017-bosi-top-trial-team-shock-absorber-p-211294 I ordered one and it came within a week. Made by Olle and it seems to work as it should.
tonyp
Another option is to get a 2nd hand one. If you go on the Macctrials website, there is a link to a 2nd hand parts guy. i recently got a clutch hose from them and worked fine. nzralphy
Ask the beta importer for a rebuild kit for the bike rear shock. The factory has these. I got one and the bladder was included.

I also need a new shock. I'll buy this one, it is not expensive. But Olle made last year shock only for Evo's. Is it 100% truth that this one fits to Rev3 ? goudrons
It's fitted to my '07! Ring Haven trialsport, (I think Splat shop do them as well) you might have to specify a different spring depending on your weight. Standard spring suits me at 14 stone, had to wind on the preload to about half way. I believe Wilbers do a shock as well, but it's a lot more. They are available from here http://www.revsracing.co.uk/ Edited November 26, 2012 by goudrons
samo
This is the one for Rev3 2000-2008 : OLLE103-0112N
liviob
Demand to have your damper returned. Those are good dampers and there is a rebuild kit for it from Beta. Beta Part number 20-11222-000 I have rebuilt a few of this style damper and none of them had bad bladders. The bladder is very thick and well made. The bladders could have been reused in the dampers i serviced, But the Beta rebuild kit comes with a new bladder so may as well use it. Not saying yours couldn't be leaking i just think its doubtful that it is leaking. I don't think the red paint makes the internals any different.
