moorin
I have just bought a 2001 beta rev3 250. Mechanically it's sound but the plastics are looking tired. I know that the 2001 rear mudguards are rare to find but I was wondering if a 2000 rear mudguard would fit since it still has the side airbox cover? Also are all front mudguards the same fitment as I want to fit a rev4 black front one to match the black rear mudguard. Thanks

Thanks I had a 2001 Rev 3 and eventually got fed up with the airbox not sealing properly. This happens because the subframe is a flat plat and prone to bending. This then affects the alignment of the mudguard to the airbox and kept causing mine to open. I replaced the back end with that from a 2005 bike and all was well. Regarding the front mudguard, they are all very similar. I actually had a 4RT guard on mine because I got it for
moorin
thats what i thought i just didnt want to buy a newer style front fender and the hole spacing be larger/smaller etc. dont have any problems with the airbox not sealing like you have had so think i will stick with a 2000 rear mudguard. as i'm just getting back into trials again (use to have a 05 gasgas 300 pro) think that the tatty mudguards might stay on for now incase i have any big offs.
