fatbastard
My sons birthday is 24/04/96 , to save you doing the math he will be 16 in April. Would he be able to ride as an adult when he turns 16 and would he just get his license changed from Youth A to an Adult? Or are you a youth till the year ends of the year you turn 17. Under ACU rules, both. As soon as he turns 16 he can ride as an adult on any capacity machine. He can also continue riding as a Youth until the end of the year when he is 17 on a 125. He can also, if he chooses swap between the two as he wishes.
