trialtrial
On my 2008 Rev 4T - the rear brake pedal is too high. I find I ride the rear brake too much and want to lower it. I looked at the pedal and it looks like it really cannot be adjusted. Anyone have the same issue? Did you make a change? What did you do? thanks Edited March 24, 2012 by TrialTrial
gazzaecowarrior
Couldn't you increase the hieght of the brake pedal stopper (the threaded bolt which screws upside down into the frame which stops the pedal hitting the frame) and then back off the distance of the pushrod into the brake piston. This is done by unscrewing the nut and shortening the distance of the pushrod. This would lower the height of the pedal without increasing pressure within the brake system. I maybe wrong but Im sure it would lower brake height.
pindie
Yep. You need to tighten one side (the stopper) and loosen the push rodside to compensate - equal and opposites and all that.
